Dave Koz @ PIM 2!!

Well..like my previous entry said, I was having a fitness session today. Then after that, I was planning to meet Kiki there (PIM), but then she couldn’t come. So I was thinking.. hmm.. I’m here already, why don’t I walk around by myself..? And so I did..
Good thing I did stick around after praying Dzuhur at PIM 2’s Musholla. Dave Koz was in the house!! Oh my.. a performance that will be unforgettable to me.. it was FREE!! haha.. not only that, but I really was happy because of Dave’s performance, his saxophone-playing is really smooth.
The theme was "Dave Koz at the Movies", the songs:

- … I forgot the title of this song, but Dave did a duet with Lea Simanjuntak. Lea’s voice is really beautiful..!

- … - I forgot the title of this song also.. but it was a really good closing song

Well..maybe cuz I’m a music-lover.. and I enjoyed Jazz waaaaayyyy before all the Jazz-commotion lately in Indonesia.. (Cuz my Dad influenced my music taste, he likes Jazz and Slow Rock.) eniwei.. b’coz I’m a music-lover, my mood automatically changed to "Super Happy"!!! haha.. cuz since yesterday..I was feeling sad and all those negative stuff, ’til this morning. Then in the noon I went to the gym to workout, I tried to concentrate on my cardio, on the bike, pushing far away all my thoughts.. just concentrating on getting those calories burned.. And so, after I was done with my cardio. My negative feelings suddenly disappeared!! My mood changed from "Saddening" to "Happy".. but Dave Koz’s performance made me "Super Happy"!!
Well, I’ve heard that when you are sad, rather than you do negative things, like do drugs or get drunk, it’s better off you exercise. Exercising makes "the happy hormones" in you work! And it did work for me
